We had a chance to sit down and chat with Ryan to find out what made him say WOW! to WOW 1 DAY PAINTING.
Why I chose WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
After being in the construction and construction related industry for over 10 years, the opportunity to become a franchisee presented itself to me. I was attracted to WOW 1 DAY PAINTING after researching what franchise opportunities were available and would be most beneficial for the East Tennessee area. Knowing that it was supported by the systems and know-how of O2E Brands and its many companies, I was excited to explore WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. It has presented itself as a fun and exciting opportunity that I truly feel will be an asset to our community, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my family's future.
My background prior to WOW
I have had the opportunity of owning 2 companies; a residential construction company and an underground utilities business. I have also had many years of sales working within the construction industry, and of working firsthand with commercial and industrial distributors.
My passions outside of work
My two biggest passions in my life are my faith and my family.
Why being a business owner excites me
I once saw a quote that said, "It's not the money I'm after, it's the freedom. My goal is to live life on my own terms." I'm looking forward to growing with WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, making a better future for my family, and living life on my own terms.
Why I love Knoxville
Our area attracts a lot of retirees, as well as tourists from all over the world due to our close proximity to the most visited national park in the United States, The Smoky Mountains National Park. Knoxville is also home to the University of Tennessee, therefore we host a variety of college students and professors from various different backgrounds; many whom chose to make Knoxville their permanent home. The scene of Knoxville is constantly changing to accommodate our ever growing population. Knoxville is a beautiful city with a mild climate. It's full of southern charm and rich in history.
Fun facts
I recently got married while in Vancouver and have taken on the role of stepdad to two amazing children; Jackson who is 13 and Cassidy who is 9. My wife and I also have 2 dogs, a Boxer and a mini Aussie, so that certainly keeps us busy as well. My hobbies include photography and videography, golf, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and spending time with my family.
